1. About TeenApply
TeenApply (teenapply.com) helps young people apply for part-time and summer jobs: we find businesses nearby and write a personal application to each of them. You can reach us at support@teenapply.com.
2. What you get
You send the applications yourself, from your own email. We never send anything to the businesses for you.
- Free trial: three applications to businesses nearby, without paying. The free trial can be used once.
- Standard (€12 (in Norway NOK 129)): 25 businesses with a personal application to each, and a CV you can download as a PDF.
- Ultra (€20 (in Norway NOK 219)): 50 businesses with a personal application to each, and a CV.
- Top-up (€8 (in Norway NOK 89)): 20 new businesses that aren't in the lists you've received before. Can only be bought after a purchase.
3. Who can use TeenApply
The service is made for you if you're between 15 and 19. If you're under 16, a parent or guardian must say yes before you use the service and before you buy. If you're under 18, we recommend that you talk to an adult before you buy.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown clearly before you pay: in euros, or in Norwegian kroner if you live in Norway. You pay once. There's no subscription and no hidden costs. Payment is handled by Stripe, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You get a receipt by email. If you have a promo code, enter it on the payment page.
5. Delivery
We start making the applications as soon as the payment has gone through, and they're usually ready within a few minutes. You get a link by email, and the list is available for 90 days. Save or copy the applications you want to keep.
If we find fewer businesses than you've paid for, you can let us look in another area you could imagine working in, for free (up to three times). If businesses are still missing after that, contact us and you'll get your money back for the missing ones.
6. Right of withdrawal
The applications and the CV are digital content that is created and delivered straight away. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts immediately and confirm that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive; in Norway section 22(n) of the Cancellation Act). The free trial lets you see what the applications look like before you pay.
7. The applications and the businesses
- The applications are written with artificial intelligence (AI), based only on what you've written in the form. We don't make up experience you don't have.
- Read through the applications before you send them. You can change them, and you're responsible for what you send.
- The businesses and email addresses come from public sources (OpenStreetMap and the businesses' own websites). We do our best to make sure they're correct, but some addresses may be out of date.
- We can't promise that you'll get a reply or a job, and the businesses don't necessarily have vacancies.
8. How to use the service
- Use your own, correct information.
- Send applications to businesses you actually want to work for, not mass mailings that could be seen as spam.
- Don't try to get around the limits on the free trial, or extract content from the service automatically.
9. If something goes wrong
If you don't get what you've paid for, or something doesn't work, contact us at support@teenapply.com. We'll fix the problem or give you your money back. You also have the rights given to you by consumer law.
10. Liability
We're not responsible for losses resulting from how the applications are used, or for what the businesses reply. Our liability is limited to what you've paid, as far as the law allows.
11. Personal data
How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
12. Changes
We may change the terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. A purchase follows the terms that applied when you bought.
13. Complaints
If you're unhappy, contact us at support@teenapply.com and we'll try to find a solution. If we can't agree, you can get free help from the consumer authority in your country, or from the European Consumer Centre. Norwegian law applies, but you always keep the protection given by the consumer law of the country where you live.
